We’re excited to announce that six supporters have joined the ‘Use Your Brain’ Association Management Committee. Our Foundation Meeting was held on August 27, 2024, via a ZOOM video conference. During this meeting, we elected Dave Hyatt as President, Andris Pinnis as Secretary, and Ian Buchanan as Treasurer. Jen Hyatt, Mike Skewes, and David Rimmer were elected as Ordinary Members of the Committee.
In addition to establishing the new Committee we also established four sub-committees to carry out the work of the Association; Editorial, Audience Development, Funding and Production.
The Committee have decided to proceed with the Incorporation of the Association, this is an important step towards establishing a not-for-profit association dedicated to promoting and developing the learning resources on the useyourbrain.au website. Driving onward and upward!
